Doesn't Crispy Have A State Of The State Speech Coming Up?.....

I seem to recall either him saying it or it was reported on one of the cable news shows. I thought it was coming up rather soon. Does anyone know when?

If so - how could he face the People of New Jersey and his Legislature?

Maybe he'll use that forum to resign. Hmmmm......

I can't find anything about what date he will do it this year.
