as slang for sugar daddy, or pimp, and that women were basically depending on "Uncle Sugar" i.e. "Uncle Sam" for their birth control; a not so subtle way to call a woman who wants birth control a whore. But hey, what do I know, I'm just a woman. Huck is a huge douche bag
