At which time it will begin to rebound back to stasis. In a few hundred thousand years, a few million for the most stable radioactive sources, it will be as if we never existed at all.

But when I look at all the beautiful species of life around us that will perish before and along with us, and ask did they deserve this? Such a horrible unnecessary, unfair waste. I hang my head.
