Ann Romney: 'The Country Lost' By Not Having Mitt Romney As President

One week after a documentary was released chronicling her husband's 2012 presidential campaign, Ann Romney again reflected back on Mitt Romney's loss, pointing a finger at America in the process.

In a Friday interview with Fox News, Ann said that while the election ended more than a year ago, she routinely runs into people who are "still really sad" that President Barack Obama won a second term in office.

"We lost, but truly the country lost by not having Mitt as president," Ann Romney told Fox.

Job application resident of the USA

Fill all sections:

Applicant’s name: W. Mitt Romney.

Current Position: Technically unemployed but money shepherd that herds money to lush paddock where it can graze undisturbed by the rule of law.

Current Income: mind your own business.

Job expectation: It’s my turn. If the Bush’s can do dynasty so can the Romney’s.

Tell us about your previous career/s? CEO of Bain Capital.

What did your job entail? I’d rather not talk about it, good things but if you really knew I wouldn’t get the job.

Other career experience? Governor

Tell us more about your experience in this field: I’d rather not because people know too much already so I’ve dropped it off my CV.

If you are successful in your job application what are your plans? As I’ve made it very clear in the past if you knew my plans I wouldn’t get the job.

Foreign policy experience: A successful 3 nation tour where I earned the nickname of Borat apparently a famed and esteemed European diplomat and raised cash from foreigners and non-American bankers.

Why would we choose you over another candidate? I have been on every side of everything so how can I go wrong, you tell me? I’m a renaissance liar.

Military experience: I dodged the draft and went to France and have refused to visit the troops in Afghanistan.

What do you hope to gain from this experience? No bid contracts for wars I fabricate so people I know who own the for profit war Industry receive no bid contracts, weapons sales and of course my customary commission as a fixer.

Who is your real base? About 100 people but hopefully they can afford to spend enough billions and own enough of the media to soften up, hopefully enough people to fall for me as a potential president.

Do you have any hobbies? List them. Money, hiding money, avoiding paying tax on money, picture framing money, needlepoint sewing images of money, money origami, stuffing mattresses with money, swimming in my money vault and lying.

If chosen what will you do? None of the things I promised because I said I won’t get the job if you knew. Repeal and replace Obama from Obamacare and replace it with my name care.

What were you counting on to be selected? Collective amnesia and gullibility of more than half the population.

Application Rejected soundly.

What she means when she says..."she routinely runs into people who are "still really sad" that President Barack Obama won a second term in office. She is talking about people at their country club, the stables, yachting parties, etc. So yes, I'm sure the other 1% are upset, but 53% of Americans who did not vote for your husband had good reason not to.

Mitt, or Jeb. Jeb would say he doesn't want it, and hates to go against his mom, but the nation needs him.

I am sooooooo hoping for relative unknowns, at least on the Dem side, and sooooooo against continuing any political dynasties.
Almost embarrassing, really.

I really don't want it to be Mrs. Clinton.

I keep hoping Brian Schweitzer runs but that's something we won't know until long after the 2014 elections.

and it's either her or some corrupt and/or batshit insane GOPer. However, I will not support her in the primary now, as I didn't in 2008.

FWIW, I didn't support Obama, either. Primaries are when you get to vote for who you want and the party needs to know there are a lot of angry progressives out there who don't want business as usual.

and supplying her with designer fashion at no cost and being able to look down at hostesses because she and Mittens are too saintly to drink (at least in public) and at last she'd get what the world owes her as the biggest social and moral arbiter in the country.

I don't think she ever realized what a shitstorm she'd get, no one is more heartily criticized in this country than First Ladies.

All she saw was a glittering bauble she didn't have yet.

"I'd rather have the 'Kenyan Commie," or words to that effect.

But that wouldn't be me.

On edit: I saw the movie. I think the family tried really hard to push their family closeness of the men in our faces. I also think they intentionally overdid the scenes with the grandkids, knowing the camera would be there. Sorry, but I don't see Mitt as the loving grandpa. He seems more like the one who eats first then leaves to go tinker (or count money) in the garage where it's quiet. But that's just my opinion.

her circle of friends is part of the 0.01%, so of course they are not happy the black man is still in the WH preventing them from completely looting the country the way they'd like.
