bathed in beer suds for the gullible masses pretty much inebriated late in the third quarter of the game.

You can bet the the Budweiser executives and kin won't serve their country in uniform.

This was a teabagger oriented commercial for those that stand up and salute their TeeVee.

They are manipulating folks to buy their product, or at the very least, have a favorable view of their company.

That's it.

Budweiser hadn't come to his town with their Clydesdales.

Doesn't need to be deeper than that right there. Exploitation for profit.

a new show on ABC in which people are apparently back from the dead. Poor choice.

Oh, and I agree. Use of a soldier to sell Bud sucks, but then that sort of ad probably appeals to Bud drinkers. Bud knows their audience.

Versus Budweiser using this guy to sell beer.

Surely if you object to the one you'd object to both being exploited.

FWIW, I find both to be problematic.

On January 8, 2014, Budweiser and the town of Winter Park gave Lt. Chuck Nadd a hero's welcome. This is the true behind-the-scenes story of the surprise homecoming that became a Super Bowl commercial. It's also a thank you to all of our veterans and active duty troops. We #Salute you.

I think that'd be nice.

On the other hand I can't help thinking that there are thousands of other soldiers who come home to less exciting circumstances.
