How much will the government gain in tax revenue for 2014 due to Obamacare?

You know, from those individuals who can afford insurance but, for ideological reasons, refuse to buy health insurance? It's funny that the tea party has actively pushed this idea to not get insurance and in the process will raise their own taxes come early 2015.

So, if it works, and they don't buy insurance, how much revenue will we see from the mandate? Is that money allocated to go to a specific program or what - will it go to offset the costs of the subsidies?

in part because the only enforcement mechanism for the "mandate" is by offsetting refunds.
