(955 posts)When I worked at Dominos in the mid/late 90s we didnt do that. Of course, the whole "30 minutes or its free" thing had been discontinued by that point. Even then, when we did give out free pizzas for long delivery times, we didn't charge the driver.

My sister used to worry about him because so many guys got into accidents trying to deliver on time.

(955 posts)is why they stopped the 30 mines or its Free thing, at least from what I remember being told. Its one of those things that sounds good in theory, but in practice it leaves something to be desired. Even worse if they were forcing the drivers to pay for the free pizzas out of their own pockets.

(145,176 posts)I get coupons from this company on a weekly basis and throw these coupons away
