Connection between San Jose power station attack and TVA nuclear plant armed attack?

Rachel Maddow referenced a WSJ article about a disturbing and unsolved armed attach on a PG&E power station on April 16, 2013 that seemed highly targeted and which some speculate might have been a trial run on taking down the power grid for a large area. I haven't seen anything about a possible link, but I don't think I am in tinfoil hat country to wonder if there is any connection to another unsolved incident just a week later in which a TVA nuclear plant was attacked by armed intruders.
