Mousie the Brawler


Mouse seems to be taking thug life seriously.
She has gotten a bee in her bonnet and decided that the entire queen-sized bed is her kingdom. She now let's Mousie and me use it at her discretion.

I have avoided her wrath. Scat has not.
Scat loves to get under the covers. Mousie will creep around and then bite her on the butt. She uses those little cat's feet that all of them have so that I am not aware of her flanking movements. Even if I shoo her away, she won't quit. She will return. For some reason, Scat is not to be on the bed at that moment. Sometimes she will chase her out of the bedroom.

When she returns to her position overseeing the bed, she gives me the side-eye. I think she sits there and plots her next campaign out. Sun Tzu would be proud.

Scat will really fight back sometimes. However, Mousie ain't right. She gets a certain look in her eye and that's all she wrote.

Are they siblings?

My two are, and definitely get on each others nerves from time to time. But they always seem to 'make up' in the end. Grooming and curling up w/each other, often in the same 'spot' they had an 'issue' over only minutes before, lol!

They are 17 years old. A vet tech rescued them from a dumpster and called me. They were tee-tiny
