This has been the pattern all 'winter'.
We seem to be having mini-seasons.

It changes constantly.

7. Seems to keep weather channels confused as well.

Missed a low recently by 20 degrees. And Intellicast is often several degrees apart from NWS for the same small-town location. Have an actual screen-grab of an Intellicast weather summary which showed 84 degrees in August and “snowing”.
