But when the Flush Rush monitor reached out to Right From the Heart, she got quite a different reaction. Let's call the monitor Consuela. Consuela is Mexican-American and comes from a large family. She was raised by loving, hard working parents who have each held down two or three low-wage jobs in order to pay rent, put food on the table, and clothe their children.
Consuela objects to Rush Limbaugh's characterization of Mexicans as a lazy ethnic group, and she politely raised that objection with Right From the Heart, asking the organization to reconsider allowing their ads to play on a show that spread racist stereotypes.

A representative at Right From The Heart received Consuela's email and intended to forward it to a co-worker along with her sarcastic reaction to it, but she mistakenly hit Reply and sent this back to Consuela instead:

I'm feeling really concerned, too. You?
