I do not envy the wicked weather to the East. But I will say that I wish the Southwest hadn't skipped winter this year.

Bring the snow here where streams feed the lakes and the rivers. Also bring the snow to the areas in the west that have been hit with those devastating fires. Sounds like something out of Star Trek where Scotty could beam items (like whales) from Point A to Point B.
