Are Quicken Loans safe???

I'm trying to buy a house and the bank I'm dealing with won't return my calls. I was looking at quicken on the web and the phone rang.
I talked to a guy and now I am waiting for another bank to call. I think the reason the bank doesn't return my calls is I am chump change. It's only a 60 thousand dollar house, compared to everything else that's a shack to them. So I thought about telling the bank to shove it if quicken wants to do business. It's actually a super nice house on a half acre. Owned by an old man who just needs to move closer to the doctors and hospitals. Or should I kiss the banks ass and let them handle it. It's through the VA.

I owe about 40k on mine and was thinking of refinancing to get lower interest rate and no bank will do it because it's not enough money for them.

and very efficient. I refinanced through Quicken and the process was a breeze. Unfortunately, they sold my mortgage to one of the mega banks and there was nothing I could do about it. But dealing with Quicken was very easy. They are quite on top of things!

They are usually easier to deal with than banks.

Sorry, I don't have any experience with Quicken.

In some states there are different protections with each.

Cost of legal advice will seem cheap if they repo your house and put your stuff on the sidewalk while your out shopping.

there are so many scams in this country and the little guy doesn't have much protection. Like the one I just got off the phone with. A knee brace for medicade. It's has been three years since I went to this clinic, so the caller wanted me to make an appointment so they would write me a prescription for their over priced brace. I said no, it's been three years because I can't stand that clinic.
