it is claimed that just about every car which was in Cuba pre '59 is still running in some shape or form. That includes cars which were dug out of the ground on farms.

When you see rows and rows of them at taxi ranks you'd think you were on location for a period film being shot.

I wish I could have apprenticed as a machinist with some of the guys that keep those babies alive. I'd be working for Jay Leno or some other collector like him now.
