Firemen dressed in drag battle burning car

FIREFIGHTING seems to be a real drag for these two off-duty firemen — who were caught on camera battling a flaming car while wearing brightly coloured DRESSES.

The two burly blokes can be seen grappling with a hose as they help extinguish a fire ravaging a pickup truck — sporting floor-length ball gowns in emerald green and hot pink.

At one point, one of them hoists up his skirt and pulls up the bust of his frock as he dashes around the scene.

The truck's engine had burst into flames during the annual St Patrick's Day parade in Padua, Minnesota, US, on Saturday.

Luckily the pair of firefighters — who are members of the local Sedan Fire Department — were nearby, dressed in drag for their appearance in the parade.

Ha! You don't have to be properly dressed to be a hero.

jeans, slacks, shirts, etc. You don't have to wear tortuous clothing or shoes. It's a choice.

is flammable. I guess they weren't flamers. Not that there is anything wrong with that.

Props to them for doing their job, but their being in drag was likely for comic effect.
