8. I seriously think it's a hang up over 1st Degree vs 2nd Degree murder.

Personally, I think it is clearly 1st Degree but I can understand some people getting confused as to the length of time necessary for the requisite premeditation.

If it drags on longer, I think they might just compromise at 2nd Degree. However, given Dunn's age, I think there'd still be a good chance he'd be in prison for the rest of his life.
