Prosecutors could retry the case as a Murder 2, deal with only 6 jurors and rip a new on in Dunn. They need to get rid of the Angela Cory lady. Also, if they get guilty verdicts on the remaining charges they might get Dunn to a deal to plead guilty in exchange for perhaps concurrent time versus consecutive time.
