(10,952 posts)I believe that he is guilty of Murder 1, I don't care what the judge says I won't change my vote to let him walk on that charge. I might go to Murder 2 but that is as far as I would drop my vote.

(10,952 posts)Prosecutors could retry the case as a Murder 2, deal with only 6 jurors and rip a new on in Dunn. They need to get rid of the Angela Cory lady. Also, if they get guilty verdicts on the remaining charges they might get Dunn to a deal to plead guilty in exchange for perhaps concurrent time versus consecutive time.
