National turn-out would most likely imitate those states that do have "Vote By Mail" and those states have some of the highest turn-out in the nation.

in Florida and other states where voter ID laws were enacted. I also seem to recall people standing and waiting to vote for 6+ hours.

I think it all depends on how badly people want the House and Senate to change and if we can get Democrats out at mid-terms.
