Should the US Supreme Court's public hearings be televised


Obviously another CSPAN type operation. Most cases are not hot button issues and will not garner a huge audience.

The dynamic of the room might change negatively once they see themselves on camera. They might play up for the cameras and I think it can be a huge negative effect.
