I saw him berate a witness in the guise of asking a question and then get up and leave the second he was done.

The witness mocked him all the way out of the room.

I don't think I could sit there for more than a couple of minutes before saying something that would result in a contempt charge. I really hate that POS.

.... but to be truthful, he had already adjourned the hearing. Cummings objected because he wanted to make a statement. Which he did, but not in the official hearing transcripts. Due to the circumstances and drama, he will probably get more attention this way. May have worked out better.
