...I do not presumptively consider every word either mans says about events in the world to be an outright lie.

Yes, they lie about some stuff, and sometimes engage in dumb-show demagogic pandering.

But I don't see how anyone can be in any way aligned with the Democratic Party and presume that everything our presidential candidates say is a stark lie. Not shaded or evasive or artful, but flat out Baghdad Bob psychotic-style lying.

If Obama and Kerry conspired to overthrow democracy in Ukraine to install Nazis as the new rulers, and then claimed a Russian military incursion that never happened then both should be impeached. Immediately.

And that sort of integrity of world-view seems lacking in some quarters. People allege astonishing crimes by Democratic leaders as if doing so were a parlor game.

If Obama actually made up a Russian military move to break Crimea away from Ukraine then he is worse than Bush, and ought be in prison.

But he hasn't done that.

The hyperbole and recreational paranoia are not wise or clever responses to a dishonest and confusing world. They are a surrender to nihilism, and a promotion of emotionally energizing mental recreation over reasoning.

And if you are not flat out nuts, don't assume this post is about you. This OP is not about people with a cynical or skeptical view. It is about the many people who entertain 9/11 Truther level fantasies about every foreign policy situation.

I have not been following these (Ukraine) threads, so I honestly do not know.

That whole scenario appears to me to be some freakzoid teabagger nutjob theory.

FYI - I think the 9/11 official story is complete bullcrap.
