What do you think about this one?

Local news, A lady was arrested yesterday and charged with domestic abuse and reckless endangerment because a witness called police and said they saw an unrestrained infant in the front seat of the lady's car.

If so that's pretty much the law. I don't know what the domestic abuse would be for but reckless endangerment would fit.
