(14,887 posts)once it's on, it is ON. I can only compare it to sitting at home watching only w/ steroid HD. One of the writers warms up the audience; theme music is cued; Bill walks out & starts his monologue. Their are no wings like a stage so the initial interview is standing on stage waiting for his cue to join Bill. Where I was sitting the main camera blocked my sight line of Sullivan But there was a huge flat screen I could watch as well as the overhead monitors. There was a brief scramble getting ready for the internet 'after show'. I haven't watch the program at home yet so I don't know if the happy 50th birthday acknowledgement to Rob Lowe was broadcast or not.
The show is broadcast from the 'Price is Right' stage @ CBS. I really enjoyed it. I had never been to any TV show production. Hope to go again. My cousin has been about a 15 times, so I hope he calls me again when he gets tickets.

(15,185 posts)Good topics and all of the guests were intelligent. It was nice not having some irritating conservative bomb thrower on. I really hate those guests (like Coulter). They make the show unwatcheable.
