Dear 1%: The Apostle James would like to have a word with you:

1 Now listen, you rich people, weep and wail because of the misery that is coming upon you. 2 Your wealth has rotted, and moths have eaten your clothes. 3 Your gold and silver are corroded. Their corrosion will testify against you and eat your flesh like fire. You have hoarded wealth in the last days. 4 Look! The wages you failed to pay the workmen who mowed your fields are crying out against you. The cries of the harvesters have reached the ears of the Lord Almighty. 5 You have lived on earth in luxury and self-indulgence. You have fattened yourselves in the day of slaughter. 6 You have condemned and murdered innocent men, who were not opposing you.

James 5:1-6 (NIV)

those parts of the bible that contradict their perverted 'prosperity gospel.' As they falsely attribute condemnations against homosexuality to Jesus (not one word on the subject from the Son of God, BTW), they conveniently forget that Jesus had a good many things to say about money - including scorn and condemnation for greedy bastages.

And found greatest traction within the poorest cadres of Romans, later to become the Christ-cult.

The early movement's great opposition to wealth was a major reason for their persecution.

But that would involve registering at said sites, and I do not want to give them that support. Besides, then my e-mail address would get out to every weirdo RW group on the planet. Not a good thing.

I have been sending more stuff lately via USPS just because it seems to make a greater impression. And many times when I try to use the email thru the website or whatever, it does not work!

Hand in there.
