The look of pride on Mrs. Robinson in the last pic brought tears to my eyes.

Her journey has included being descended from slaves, caring for a husband with a debilitating disease (MS?), raising (with him) two remarkable and distinguished kids, and in this pic in CHINA Fergodsakes with the very best of the USA exemplified by three generations of USA femininity, who just happen to be African-American.

Michelle handles everything with grace and intelligence - a testimony to her background and a model for her daughters and all of the rest of us.
