There is a vet that travels around in a half mobile home that will come to your house and check your animals. Any serious problems you have to take your animals to their office but the mobile is good for updating their shots and examining them.
I love not having to drag three cats to the vet, sit in the waiting room, cats freaking out from all the other animals, possibility of getting sick from an animal there.
was about 300 bucks to get all three checked out and update their shots.

(14,807 posts)If they are cared for indoor kitties, you might google pet vaccinations and what has been researched lately. Possibly consider not vaccinating them at all since some vaccinations they believe last the whole animals life. This may help keep your loved fur balls healthy. Here for starters. (46,369 posts)Forget vaccinating yourself, just take supplements instead.
Blame vaccinations for problems with pets.
We have "dirty electricity."
"...what has been researched lately."
How about actual RESEARCH, and not just the usual wild accusations and sales techniques used by woo peddlers.

(14,807 posts)the UK and elsewhere is showing harmful effects in/from the rate of vaccinations here in the USA. I am not anti vax but also am not ignorant to research and discussions as well as revelations about what is being discovered about the push to vaccinate frequently. I find the term that you used "woo" and your jump to judgement/interpretation about the basic message to be premature.

I cherish everyday with them because my last cat was only 10 when she was diagnosed with cancer. 2 weeks later she was gone 8-( it was the hardest thing ive ever had to go through. i didnt want to wash my pillow because i could still smell her on it weeks later.
i know these ones are at the age now where anything can happen and they can be taken from me at anytime. i really am not looking forward to having to bury another one. 8-(

SOme vax are made in China. You decide.
I have not vaccinated my cats for years after their first two years. They all live indoors. When they become older and sicker, I speak to the vets to not vax them at all. Fortunately they are tending to agree since vax are hard on sick or old pets. Twice, from experience, when I was swayed to vax two older pets with underlying health issues, both came down (or sped up) with raging cancers and died shortly thereafter. Just my experience that I am sharing.
