Idiotic states like IN that did not set up an exchange and did not expand Medicaid are the problem.

The Indiana exchange is run by the federal government.

If the state does expand Medicaid, the exchange will still be federally run.

Update: HealthCare.gov Back Online

Update 8:30 a.m.: HealthCare.gov appears to be back online. HealthCare.gov was unavailable Monday morning as the clock wound down to the deadline for signing up for health coverage.
