Lets see how things shape up after the mid terms.


If (R)s don't do as well as expected it can reshape their mindset going into the primary selection phase. If they do very well it can do the same thing in the opposite direction.

I'm not sure he can survive the primary process but we shall see.

Jeb could survive it. Or maybe he wouldn't if he were considered to be "too smart".

After both McCain and Romney the neocons and teabaggers might just be fed up with people they see as moderate.

Cruz, and others, will be out there calling for a pure candidate because only a true conservative can win.

This dynamic was not in play back in 2000.
