Some people think it means the invitations are printed, engraved if one can afford that sort of thing, instead of inviting everyone by e-mail!

And none of these silly mac-n-cheese and mini-burger hors d'ouvres, either! Tasteful, classic tidbits, perhaps something of out Julia's French cooking books! Oh, and no "signature drinks" or "themes!" The theme is "Wedding" -- not "candy" and not "photo booth" and not lurid, acid colored uplights that make everyone look dead (all features at recent family weddings) .... and music you can dance to!!!

Now THAT's traditional marriage, at least according to one old relative of mine!!!!
