The SC decision also helps the GOP fight the Tea Party

The establishment GOP were worried about the Tea Party base putting up their own primary and congressional candidates.

But with today's Kochs United decision the mainstream Repubs can tap their billionaire buddies' coffers to fend off the ungrateful Tea Party upstarts.

In some ways this make tea-party as a separate party more plausible since one no longer has to chose which one to fund.

For instance, you can give $42,000 to the republican party and also $42,000 each to the Constitution Party, Libertarian Party, etc..

We will see how it all shakes out.
