Women prefer Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott (R) to Texas state Sen. Wendy Davis (D), according to a new Public Policy Polling survey released Tuesday.

Abbott and Davis are the respective Democratic and Republican gubernatorial candidates. The poll found that 49 percent of women said they preferred Abbott over Davis while 41 percent said they preferred Davis to Abbott. Meanwhile 53 percent of men said they prefer Abbott while 32 percent said they prefer Davis.

We have to turn that female number not just around but way around, to make up for the huge male gap. Anyone who thinks this election is a no-brainer better think again.

That's basically what it comes down to.

Texas Stepford wives think "running the house" means they do the grocery shopping.

.. it was because of his rape comment.

Sad to say, that was nothing to what Abbott has said and represents,
yet Abbott is winning.

This shows how much Texas has regressed since 92, and it wasn't all
that great then.

Davis might be one of the better candidates the party has put forward, but better, for now, isn't winning.
