Charge him with the appropriate crimes he has committed. Allow him to post bail and go to trial.They will have to sieze his heard and sell them to recoup the money owed. These actions could take a few years to accomplish. Its best to apply the law as fairly as possible. Mr Bundy deserves his day in court.

That the authorities are conducting an investigation to learn exactly what happened and who were involved. It will take a while there are almost 1000 criminals being investigated right now.
We know that Mr Bundy will be charged with contempt, and we know he threatened government officials. We know that almost 1000 people threatened government officials. We have video of them doing so. They all deserve their day in court. They will get fair trials and the court will even provide them each an attorney. Hopefully they will all lose their "right' to bear arms.
