when it comes to Burns' documentaries, the hours fly by and I am always a little sad when they come to an end.

I wonder what they will threaten PBS with, like a demand for equal time or editorial interference, or if they threaten PBS directly by cutting even more funds.

Roosevelt and how that affected their use of the bully pulpit. I also enjoyed all the history on McClures magazine and Ida Tarbell, Lincoln Steffens etc.
