was zimmerman out on Bail?Quick question.

A rightie is asking how he could get a fair trial?He would have never been tried,correct?

The usual order is 1. to be arrested. 2. to be charged and arraigned on those charges. 3. to be allowed bail pending trial on those charges

He has never been technically arrested nor charged, so the rest is immaterial at this point. He was brought in for questioning only.
