Petition to Pelosi - put Alan Grayson on Benghazi committee

Just over 13,000 have signed so far, and it just started today apparently.
We DUers need to DU it because we loves us some Grayson!



I'm reinvigorating this post because now over 19,000 people have signed. Alan Grayson is a proven friend of DU, and who among us wouldn't love to see him on this phony baloney Benghazi drama committee. We can do our part.

I suggest we do more. Lobby Pelosi in person. Give them a call. Also, it would not hurt to contact Rep. Xavier Becerra of Los Angeles.. Becerra is currently Chair of the House Democratic Caucus.. As chair, Becerra will certainly be an important figure in the selection of Grayson.. If not Grayson, we agree with the Washington Post and the New York Times.. In that scenario, Pelosi should appoint no one. Boycott this farce.. Make no attempt to legitimizes this farce.. Grayson or no one. Maybe , appoint one other. How about Rep. Michael Capunano of Boston. He is a defense lawyer.. But, No more than two.. And let the other three seats go vacant.. Grayson should have one back up and not have to do it alone.
