Malia, who will turn 16 on July 4, will be eligible to get her learner’s permit.

“One child is going to be driving this summer. Look out,” Mrs. Obama told Access Hollywood’s Billy Bush during a interview on a new arts education initiative.

In another appearance on “Live with Kelly and Michael” the first lady did say neither she nor her husband will be doing the teaching.

“I think our agents don’t want us driving with teenagers,” she added. “I don’t think they want [the president] in the state when she’s learning how to drive. We will, fortunately, be able to hand that responsibility over to someone else.”

8. There are people in government who actually teach that--I've done the course!

They teach you to do things like check your car for bombs (nowadays, always start your car remotely--the joke/icebreaker in the class was to invite your spouse to start the car FOR you, which would be met with that kind of groan-y and horrified laughter), and how to to do a bootleg turn to get away from people chasing you and trying to kill you, things of that nature.

Get one of those guys who teach that course to people going to hotspots, and get the SS feller to buckle up and hang on!
