It's probably due to Memorial Day or something, but Meet the Press is absent on both of the NBC channels from different cities that serve where I live.
I know that David Gregory is on the hot seat at the moment, but I'm sure it hasn't been cancelled.
But it does seem odd that while the other Sunday Morning Snoozefests are on air this holiday weekend, MTP is AWOL.

(4,757 posts)Gregory has a fill in and they are covering the SB gun nut murders. Probably why they are not showing it... what city do you live in?

This morning a fairly delivered piece on pot laws in Colorado, and in depth on the soprano actress (Audra McDonald) recreating Billy Holiday for Broadway, and a Memorial Day related piece featuring James Webb. I find it light for Sunday and interesting..
And, no damned moronic pundits! (Yeah, I know Face the Nation is their equivalent--happy to go for long walk with the dog when that comes on).

(11,589 posts)That, for me, is the way to spend a sunday morning. That, and reading the sunday paper. and sunday breakfast.
WE have very few tradition ions in our home, but those three, that's makes for a wonderful end/beginning to the week.
