(15,381 posts)Had a link to an analysis of Rove, and it broke it down to that for the past 30 years (or more) Rove has had one job, and that was getting Bushes elected to various offices, and unfortunately he did it well. Now, the so-called political genius can't get anything right, has breakdowns over election results, etc. I don't know how Jeb feels about Rove, but if Rove is carrying water for him then chances are there's room for him somewhere in Jeb's team.

When sheer brazen horseshit-shoveling isn't enough, he doesn't have much to fall back on.

(16,254 posts)I have no doubt that went on in Ohio. He may not have done it, but he was involved in the planning. I think that is why he was so shook up with Mitt's loss.

(82,383 posts)Rove is the one who wouldn't accept the 2012 Election Results long after not accepting them became ridiculous. I wonder his opinion is of any value enough to be televised.

(13 posts)Really????
He only has the Jebster to hang on to..Wishing and praying that he could fool the electorate with another Bush like he did before...
I'll take the odds that he's going to FAIL miserably on this attempt....

(1,399 posts)That should pretty much seal the deal for 4 more years of a Democratic White House. You could throw out all the arguments about how it's tough for a party to keep the WH for 3 terms, yadda yadda, voters will simply NOT want to go back to the Bush years - EVER. If given the choice between Jeb vs Hillary (King George III vs Bubba's wife) I doubt Nate would even bother.
Which reminds me, I see where one online betting site has a sense of humor; among their odds of people to be next POTUS they included Nate for fun. His odds: 538 to 1.
