And I recommend that Lawrence O'Donnell assign a researcher to just google. The answer will turn up, as it did for me after a couple of hours of work.

And I have no idea how this matter will proceed or can proceed.

I am just stunned at what I found, and have sent the info to two journalists I respect and that I have known for a while. I'll post more about this after I hear back from them and what they think.
