Obama goes from -2 to +9 in Swing states vs. Romney. Mitt's anti-women comments cited as factor

Mitt Romney will have to flip flop once again. A new Gallup poll in Swing states, which had him ahead of Obama the last time by 2 points, now show him trailing the President by 9%. Romney's recent anti-women comments (that he wants to eliiminate Planned Parenthood) are cited as one of the factors for this loss of his support among women in the USA Today article which can be found at this Link.

If I were Romney I would say "I changed my mind".

Pretty much every other pollster around that time showed similar numbers to Gallup's this month, and if I recall correctly the full nationwide poll they did had Obama down by 4 (and only up on Santorum by 1) at a time when most pollsters had him up 5-10 nationally.

Hard to compare with other contemporary pollsters because almost nobody polls swing states alone.

use it and lose the right wing, maybe pick up some low information independents and still lose the rest of the independents. Esp after the etch a sketch comments, don't see how he can reclaim many percentage points.
