Please read the decision,

OMFG

Now, Hobby Lobby can DEFINE what is contraception...

HL Executive: "... your honor, I SINCERELY believe "contraception" is NOT being able to have sexual relations with a goat during a board meeting... cause... that's what my god says it is..."

The

Worst

Decision

Since Dread Scott or Citizens United...

Would the exemption the Court holds RFRA demands for employers with religiously grounded objections to the use of certain contraceptives extend to employers with religiously grounded objections to blood transfusions (Jehovah’s Witnesses); antidepressants (Scientologists); medications derived from pigs, including anesthesia, intravenous fluids, and pills coated with gelatin (certain Muslims, Jews, and Hindus); and vaccinations (Christian Scientists, among others)?

The same church that only grudgingly admitted maybe the earth did circuit the sun and Galileo was right about that 500 years after his death. Oh, and the ruling said that religious freedom belongs to corporations, not to people.

Oh, and unions were weakened to death, too.

It is not that they get to say what are contraceptions are. It's that they get to equate contraception (the pill, IUDs, etc.) with abortion, contrary to science and human biology, and then have the legal right to decide medical coverage for their female employees -- AND ONLY THE FEMALES.
