I think someone NEEDS to get a court case to be heard by the supreme court to rule in this instance and expose the bums for the jerks that they are.

All we need is four justices to vote for a case to be heard by the court. The minority four should use their power to do this in this instance. Put the Roberts crowd on the hot seat!
