wow. Philip Weiss on wnyc thinks this is a benchmark moment in media coverage of Palestine-Israel.

He thinks the barbaric murder of the Palestinian teen and the beating of the American-palestinian teen will change the media coverage.
I think it has already changed.
Never thot I'd hear Philip Weiss on wnyc.

the (US) media seems to actually be paying a bit more attention to the large number of Palestinian dead. I'm not so sure. The broadcast coverage I've seen is still focusing on the very large number of Hamas missiles (that seem not to kill anyone) as opposed to the number of Palestinians killed by Israeli military. So it might be wishful thinking on the parts of those who think the media is actually beginning to notice the overpowering lopsidedness of damage in the ongoing fighting.
