1) XBox One sales were nowhere near what they projected.

2) Windows 8 was a debacle, though it is showing some life more recently.

3) Adoption of cloud based technologies presented by Microsoft are not growing as fast as expected.

4) Redundancies in the Nokia buyout is driving the biggest portion of this.

Anybody paying attention knew this was coming.
