(68,868 posts)people are less careful about following protocol to avoid eavesdropping when a panic button gets pushed.
There will be lawsuits filed in the US over this. Probably criminal indictments, naming Putin as a co-conspirator.
And, Obama literally has no choice but to pursue the most crippling sanctions possible. And probably neither do the Europeans.
