white and Central American persons. I do not spend enough time to know if equality is a problem but I do see a reason they would still come to the USA. Many own homes, nice cars, have relatively good jobs and are building their own community businesses. Their children go to good schools and no one is shooting at them.

I will admit I do not know the whole story but from the outside they look like they are doing exactly what our ancestors did - getting ahead.

US born children live. It sounds like "Do it for THESE children (even though you don't bother with those OTHER children."
