http://www.politico.com/blogs/media/2014/07/stephen-colbert-buys-sarah-palin-website-193119.htmlPalin got SarahPalinChannel.com, but she failed to get "TheSarahPalinChannel.com." That address is now in the hands of Colbert and his staff, as he announced on his show on Tuesday night. The site currently boasts a photo of Palin with the line "The only Sarah Palin Channel on the internet with a definite article in the address!"

(27,461 posts)Serious question: how many Palin fans will go there, click on "Click here for exclusive content", watch Colbert's video about Palin and Paul Revere, and not realize he's making fun of her?

(10,303 posts)If it is made to be a parody of Sarah Palin and has all kinds of stuff about her then there's not a single thing that Sarah Palin can do about it. It all depends on what goes on the site.

(24,225 posts)They explain everything like campaign finance law and why Colbert could set up a superpac etc.
If Colbert does it, I'm sure he and Viacom made sure his legal ass is covered.
