It's unfortunate that the likely audience is less likely to use payday/title/kidney lenders (since having access to HBO likely means having access to some form of other credit.)

This clip needs to be on broadcast television between 11 am and 3 PM, and the PSA needs to be in 24 hour heavy rotation.

Also, Dingo needs to become a term of art.

Until we learn from our mistakes the robber barons will keep finding new and creative ways to keep us ill-informed and making bad decisions over and over, and criminal companies like these will keep getting away with it.
