Now This Police Chief Sounds Incoherent.....

is there anyone of authority in Mo that can speak to this situation with any credibility? First the Governor and now this Police Chief.

Seems to me that they are digging the hole that they're in deeper.

Clearly said response escalated situation. Her very presence -she somehow got sneaked into the presser from outside- is really reassuring.

She's speaking very highly of protesters with whom she spoke.
