Petition: "Ferguson police just executed my unarmed son!"

http://petitions.moveon.org/sign/ferguson-police-just?source=mo&id=99835-5687041-Q1N1Btx

To be delivered to Eric Holder, United States Attorney General, Chris Koster, Missouri Attorney General, and Thomas Jackson, Ferguson Police Chief

I write demanding full accountability for the police killing of 18-year-old Michael Brown. On August 9th, 2014 a Ferguson police officer racially profiled and fatally shot Michael as the teen stood in the street with his hands in the air. Police subsequently failed to properly notify the family of Michael's death and callously left the young man lying deceased in the street for hours.

I'm tired of calls to ask our government to do the things they should already be doing. These impotent wastes of bandwidth do nothing except make the signer feel a little better because they lie to themselves and think they've somehow helped the situation. Write a note on a piece of paper and throw it through a damn window if you want it to have impact. At least then someone will think of your note while cursing you and calling the police and window repair guy.

Or sign yet another damn petition and wonder why your inbox and junk box become filled with solicitations for money from political organizations.

Eric Holder isn't going to do his job if enough people sign an online petition. He's aware of the event and will or won't act on his own.

... it's a pleasure to hear from my constituents, thank you for taking the time to write, I appreciate your concerns, I will keep them in mind.

It's the same from both of them, same worthless message ... basically saying thank you for your concern, now fuck off.

It gets damn tiring.

Frankly, IMO, most politicians could give a fuck what their constituents think, they are in the club, nice pay, nice benefits.
